ISLAMABAD: The PML-N will soon formulate a policy on the startling disclosures being made by former Sindh home minister Dr Zulfikar Mirza about an alleged conspiracy to disintegrate the country, it is learnt.

The decision was taken during a meeting held between party chief Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Monday after the former returned from Saudi Arabia.

The two leaders discussed the political situation and decided to consult the PML elders for formulating the party policy with reference to the Karachi situation and allegations levelled by Dr Mirza against Interior Minister Rehman Malik and the Muttahida Qaumi Movement.
