FC man kills colleague

HYDERABAD, Nov 15: A Frontier Constabulary sepoy reportedly shot dead a colleague and injured another after an altercation during performance of duty at Tando Alam Mari oil field on Monday.

According to Shams Khokhar, SHO of Husri police station, the assailant Rozuddin fled away along with the official gun.

The deceased was identified as Akbar Ali, 40, of Dera Ismail Khan, and the injured as Mir Shah Jehan.

Police said that they were told by the FC officials at the oil field that an exchange of hot words had led to the killing.—Staff Correspondent
