SARGODHA, April 6: Nomination papers of PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif for NA-68 (Sargodha V) have been accepted despite objections raised with reference to the Asghar Khan case.

PTI lawyers argued before the returning officer Nawaz did not fulfil the conditions of articles 62 and 63. The RO rejected the objections and accepted his papers.

He also adjourned for Monday (tomorrow) the case against Javed Hasnain, who was elected from NA-68 on a PML-N ticket on an alleged fake degree.

CNG: The All Pakistan CNG Association has warned if Fesco continued unscheduled loadshedding, all gas stations will be closed indefinitely and owners and workers will besiege Wapda offices in their respective area.

Office-bearers Mehmood Bakhsh Gilani, Khalid Farooq Othi and Farhat Abbas said CNG stations were already facing a deficit and supplying gas on a no-profit-no-loss basis but they could not bear a loss.
