KARACHI: One person was injured at the exit end of the Shahrah-e-Faisal Air Base Flyover, when unidentified miscreants hurled two crackers during busy traffic hours, said a spokesperson of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on Tuesday.

In a statement issued, he said the injured was shifted to Jinnah Hospital for treatment.

Security agencies are in full control of the situation and are carrying out a thorough investigation of the incident through all available means, including CCTV footage, he added.

The spokesperson said that security on all PAF Air Bases is already on high alert.
