KARACHI, June 14: A large number of admirers, friends and colleagues of the legendary singer Mehdi Hassan, who passed away on Wednesday, visited his house (R-31, Block 20, Ancholi Society) on Thursday.
Talking to Dawn, his son Arif Mehdi said the Namaz-i-Janaza would be held on Friday after Juma prayers in a ground near Noorani Masjid. He will be laid to rest in the Shah Mohammad graveyard near UP Mor in North Karachi.
