Headed by Senator Raza Rabbani, the committee had been ordered by the Supreme Court to resolve some faults in the 18th Amendment, due to which the draft of the 19th Amendment had been created.

The process of appointment of judges for the higher courts has also been drafted in the 19th Amendment.

The 19th constitutional bill is likely to be presented in the next session of the Senate and National Assembly meeting.
