QUETTA: Two people were killed and another severely injured when their motorcycle hit a landmine on a road leading to the Pir Koh gas field in Dera Bugti district on Tuesday.

According to officials, Karim Bakhsh and Abdul Hameed died in the incident.

Security personnel took the bodies and the injured to a nearby health facility and launched a search operation in the area after the incident.

On Monday, two militants were killed in a clash after they attacked the members of a ‘peace force’ in the Dera Bugti area.
