TAXILA: The health authorities on Friday sealed an unregistered factory manufacturing homeopathic medicines and initiated legal action against the proprietor.
Police said acting on a tip-off the health officials, led by deputy drug controller Malik Arshad, raided Abbax Homeo Pharma at Fatima Jinnah Road and found the firm illegally operating there.
The substandard medicines manufactured and packed in the factory along with the machinery costing millions of rupees were also taken into the custody by the police.
The police also confiscated different labels and rappers printed in the factory.
