The flight of freedom

This is regarding the story “The flight of freedom” by Nazia Akhtar (YW, November 5). It was a heart-touching story. It taught me a great lesson that birds should have the freedom to enjoy their lives. We should not catch birds and cage them for our pleasure, instead we should enjoy the beauty of these beautiful creatures flying freely in the sky.

Education and its scope

Undoubtedly, education is the only tool that helps any country to achieve financial stability, thus prosperity. It is education which can prove to be a universal remedy to most of the problems of any state.

Pakistan is a developing country, the government needs to put all its efforts in building an educated society because if the education system is strong, our country will soon prosper and be among the list of developed countries as education and development are proportional to each other.

I would suggest to all the readers to acquire as much education and knowledge as they can and also provide education to those who can’t get it.

The most venomous creatures on Earth

This is regarding the cover article “The most venomous creatures on earth” by Fida Hussain (YW, November 5). The article was full of excellent information about the deadliest creatures in the world.

Most of these creatures are in danger of extinction as they are being killed by humans for various reasons.

Every creature plays a part in building a healthy ecosystem but it is a shame that we hardly know about their contribution to the ecosystem. We should all play our part in preserving biodiversity and beautifying our earth. Therefore, I would like to suggest to the YW team to publish more articles like this on other creatures as well.

Being special

This is regarding the story “Being special” by Bushra Junejo (YW, November 12). I liked the way the writer beautifully expressed the love between a sister and her younger brother.

The lesson which I learnt from the story is that it doesn’t matter how old or young your siblings are, the feeling of love remains the same.

When our siblings are babies, they bring out the most precious feelings in us like care, love and happiness. With the passage of time, we also come to know how strong a bond we have with our younger siblings and what pleasure they bring everyday in our lives.
