KHUZDAR / GWADAR: Personnel of the Frontier Corps (FC) on Saturday arrested two suspected members of the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Hub, Lasbela district.
An FC spokesman said that security personnel carried out an intelligence-based raid in Hub and arrested two suspects with links to the TTP.
FC personnel also arrested six suspected militants in a bazaar in Bilangor area of Kech district.
An FC spokesman said the suspected members of a banned outfit were arrested during a search operation.
“The six suspects taken into custody have links with the banned Baloch Republican Army (BRA),” he said.
An investigation team was interrogating the suspects while further investigations were being carried out, he added.
