KARACHI As many as 4,253 policemen have been recruited in 14 districts of Sindh on merit and in a transparent manner, said Inspector General of Sindh police A. D. Khowaja on Friday.
The police chief appreciated efforts of the police authorities for “giving preference to merit in the recruitment process, which has improved the image of the police”. The IG directed that all efforts should be made to recruit the candidates on the ‘waiting list’ .
