Mistakes make us stronger

This is regarding the article “Mistakes make us strong!” by Muhammad Omar Ifitikhar (YW, July 23).

I really liked reading the article as we never see our mistakes from the point of view that the writer has mentioned. We are humans so it is likely that we will make mistakes, however, it is totally upon us that how we take it — we can either learn from it or lose self-confidence. But the points mentioned in the article are worth remembering when one does a mistake.

Dreams are valid

This is with reference to the story “Dreams are valid” by Bushra Ali (YW, July 23). The story had a lesson for children to never give up on their dreams or lose hope, and keep on trying; the result will definitely be good.

Wonder crafts to jazz up your room!

This is with reference to the article “Wonder crafts to jazz up your room” by Asif Ali (YW, July 30). It was really a very useful write up.

Long summer vacation often make many kids feel bored and they eagerly wait for the vacation to end so that they can go back to school.

However, after reading the article I really wanted an extension in my holidays so that I can make the crafts shown in the article.

My favourite was wall art — a beautiful tree made out of cardboard boxes which are easily available to anyone.

I request the YW team to carry a DIY crafts in the magazine every week so that we can make something on our own.

The article “Wonder crafts to jazz up your room” by Asif Ali was a fabulous article. All the crafts looked so amazing that one really wants to try them out immediately.

I really liked the toy/bookshelf because I have a lot of stuff to put carefully and in front of my eyes so I am planning to make one for myself. I hope YW carries useful DIY crafts for kids in the future, too.

The weekly weird

This is with reference to “The weekly weird” section. Every week the news items are so amazing that we are left scratching our heads, while, at the same time, they provide information that we don’t get in any other newspapers which mostly carry current affairs news.

This section always fascinates me and I hope YW will keep providing its readers with the most amazing stuff from around the world.
