ISLAMABAD: Indian troops in Indian-held Kashmir have shot dead seven Kashmiri youth on Friday in the Kupwara district.
The troops killed the youth during the ongoing military operations at Dhobiwan Khurhama, Dragmulla and Wuder Bala areas of the district since yesterday.
The military operations continued till reports last came in, reported KMS.
Indian army claimed that the youth were militants and were killed in encounters with the troops.
People took to the streets at Wuder Bala and staged forceful demonstrations against the killing of the youth. Indian forces shot at and used tear gas to disperse the protesters.
Earlier, the Indian Army killed a budding cricketer, Nayeem Bhatt in April. The student of Government Degree College Handwara, was killed when the Indian troops opened fire to disperse a stone-pelting mob which was protesting against alleged molestation of a girl in the town.
A complete shutdown is being observed in Maisuma area of Srinagar against the continued illegal detention of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Mohammad Yasin Malik.

With Assistance from China we blocked India today at NSG, same way we should forcefully vacate India , a like minded group of nations who are opposed to India should be formed and work towards common goal of defeating India in all forums.

Kashmir is Pakistan. Pakistan is Kashmir. There is an artificial divid which would end sooner or later. A Kashmiri can travel across Pakistan and would be greeted as brother or sister. Can we say the same for India. The sooner the region and world realise this, the better it would be for the regional peace.

Kashmir is and will always be number one priority of Pakistan's foreign policy. Kashmir is very emotional for Pakistanis too. We share close geography, history, language, culture, religion and blood:family ties.
Indi took Junagarh State by force even when it's leader signed instrument of accession to Pakistan because of Hindu majority. Pakistan can never forget Kashmir. This is also a religious issue.

With a great love , peace and emotional attachment to Kashmiris , I want to state that Pakistani people are always with you despite of our government's inconsistent policy on Kashmir issue. Please ,never doubt at our nation's sincerity. We are very ashamed that we could not resolve your issue in last 69 years but every Pakistani is praying for you. Every time , I read about Kashmiris' struggle , sacrifices and pains I feel very hurt. We are always with you whether you choose to get freedom by merging with Pakistan or by founding a separate independent state. Even If all Kashmiris with their mutual consent ,decide that their better , prosperous and peaceful future is possible by merging with India then we will respect your desire . Kashmiris have been suffering a lot

As Pakistanis we should focus on improving the situation in Pakistan and life of Pakistanis. We have enough of our own problems to solve. We are facing an existential threat from extremists. Imagine what we will do with addition of another 12 million population with generally poor education, low skills, poor work ethics and poverty ? It's time that we understand that a lot of water has gone down the jhelum, chenab and sutlej; and its time to really focus on nation building before it is too late.

Please read the historical facts about Junagadh, Bantva Manavadar, Hyderabad and Kashmir states... and take into account Pakistan's position on these issues which is in sync with international and local population's perspective... It is not about faith... Matter of fact is as per pre-independence agreement princely states were to accede to either Pakistan or India on the basis of democratic will of the people... Junagadh, Bantva Manavadar, Hyderabad and Kashmir states saw Indian military invasion before any sort of free and fair plebiscite could have happened which is against international rights/norms guaranteed in UN charter thereby denying them the right to choose... Junagadh and Bantva Manavadar plebiscite was held after Indian forces invaded the states and cannot be termed as free and fair…

India should stop barbaric killing of Kashmiri muslims. India should follow United Nation's resolution and hold plebicite in Kashmir to let kashmiris decide their future whether they want to join India or Pakistan. India and Pakistan relations cannot improve unless Kashmir issue is resolved. India should learn to coexist with neighboring countries in a peaceful manner.

Kashmir is part of India, you and other ppl can fight for more 100 or may be 1000 years for that, but India stand will not change and please try to focus on other part as well.
Soon you will see India in NSG and UNSC, Only China is Pending as such, Once China sees its benefit, we are IN.

@Osama Ashfaq Infact it is better here in India. People of Kashmir can travel anywhere in India, buy property ,work but people of rest of India can't do the same in Kashmir as they have been provided autonomy and protection under article 370 of Indian constitution

@Patel Wars can not be win with weapons. This is historically evident in Jammu & Kashmir where Indian occupied forces failed miserably to rule the brave people of J&K who have never accepted the illegal occupation and aggression by Illegal Indian Occupation of the state.
