Demo for re-opening of schools

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE: A multi-party alliance held a demonstration at the main chowk in Kandiaro on Thursday to demand re-opening of over 30 girls and boys schools of Kandiaro taulka that have been closed for about 14 years.

The alliance held the demo led by its convener Molvi Muhammad Ramzan, Ahmadullah Brohi of the Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam, local Jamaat-i-Islami leader Nisar Ahmad Ghanghro, Ikhtiar Hussain Shah, Hafiz Masoom Ali of the Jamiat Ulema-i-Pakistan, Syed Noor Hussan Shah of the Pakistan Muslim League-Functional, Anwar Solangi, Abid Qureshi of the PPP-SB and Wazeer Ujjen. They complained that the schools had been closed for about 14 years.
