OKARA: A BSc student-cum-teacher who was found slain on Tuesday was buried in her native village (33/2-RA) graveyard on Wednesday in the presence of a large number of mourners, including her pupils.

Hailing from a poor clan, Shazia, 20, was returning to her village after appearing in the BA/BSc examination conducted by the Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) in the town when she went missing and was later found murdered.

Also present at the funeral were village primary school girls where Shazia was a teacher.
