QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has urged the parents of disabled children to explore their latent talents in order to make them useful members of society.

He was speaking at an Eid Milan party he had hosted for special and orphan children at the CM Secretariat on Friday.

The chief minister said that providing support and training to disabled and orphan children was a mission and a great service.

He distributed gifts among the little guests and announced a grant of Rs2 million for 200 children.

Mr Baloch noted that Helping Hand was playing an important role in Balochistan and other parts of the country and extending financial help and training to special children.

He asked philanthropists to come forward and help these children become useful members of society.
