They are members of an illustrious film family, and yet they haven’t worked together in a movie before. Now is their chance to mend ways.

Actress par excellence Shabana Azmi, her poetic husband Javed Akhtar and her camera-wielding brother Baba Azmi (cinematographer) have signed a film together. The story pivots around the lives of a teachers’ community. Shabana A is playing the female lead in the film, her hubby has penned a few songs and Baba is going to shoot it.

Well, the good thing about working with family members is that if the film bombs at the box office, no one is going to blame anyone … in the press, that is.
