THE Karachi bus attack reminds us of attacks in Kohistan and Babosar in which terrorists entered buses and killed many people.

Kohistan and Babosar are deserted places and one can expect terrorists to operate there freely, But such an incident in Karachi is indeed strange. This shows the failure of the police and the administration concerned.

Terrorists hit the people whenever they want to. The government wants to evade responsibility by blaming foreign agencies. Even if there is some foreign agency involved, why do they only target Shia and Ismailis? Are they not equal to other Pakistani citizens?

The government should tighten security all over the country.
