CERTAIN elements have started circulating abusive audio clips to incite ethnic hatred and demoralise the citizens of Karachi.
The police and state agencies must thwart such designs, lest the hapless city pays a heavy price in the near future.

There is law governing hate speech, but it is only invoked when Karachiwala's try to say anything.
