OCA course from May 23

KARACHI: The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) Sports Administration course for men and women will be held here at a local hotel from May 23 to 30, Sindh Olympic Association (SOA) secretary Ahmed Ali Rajput said on Monday.

The OCA allocated the course to the Pakistan Olympic Association and POA chief retired Lt Gen Syed Arif Hasan will hold it in Karachi under the auspices of SOA.

Provincial sports associations affiliated with the SOA, Sindh Education Department and Sindh Sports Board are eligible to nominate delegates for the course.

The OCA course is being conducted as a part of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) charter and to update the participants on the Olympic Moment.

The late date for registration and submitting names at SOA office is April 30.
