LAHORE: A judicial magistrate sent two suspects involved in fashion model Abeera’s murder on a 14-day judicial remand.

Model Town police produced Hakeem Zeeshan and a senior vice president of a local bank Farruqur Rehman before the court and sought physical remand of the suspects.

Magistrate Imtiaz Ahmed Noor after hearing defence and prosecution sent both the suspects to the Kot Lakhpat jail.

Model Uzma Rao alias Tooba, who confessed to poisoning colleague Abeera and a photojournalist Yousif Khokhar, is already in the jail.
