LAHORE: The email account of Water and Sanitation Agency’s Managing Director Chaudhry Naseer Ahmad was hacked on Monday.
The hackers started demanding money from those added to the MD’s account.
In a statement, the Wasa spokesman said the MD had sought help from the Punjab Information Technology Board to retrieve the account from hackers or get it suspended.
Talking to Dawn, the MD said he had reported the matter to the department concerned.
