LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested two employees of a cellular company allegedly involved in a Rs21 million fraud.

According to a spokesman, an FIA team headed by Cyber Crime Wing Assistant Director Jamil Ahmed Khan Meo raided the whereabouts of Abdul Rehman and Muhammad in the city on Saturday and arrested them.

“Both the suspects are involved in fraudulent transaction to the tune of Rs21 million of Telenor Pakistan on account of utility bills payment in connivance with the officials of UBL,” the spokesman said, adding the efforts were under way to arrest the remaining suspects.
