TOBA TEK SINGH: The Government Girls High School in Basti Peeran, Kamalia, has no boundary wall and guard to protect students.

The school has 325 girl students,11 teachers and three other employees.

Village lumberdar Rana Muhammad Shafiq, Sajid Kamboh and Sardar Ilyas Dogar told reporters that it was the only girls high school in the area where girls from different villages also study. They regretted that the education department had ignored the school in security arrangements.
