With the news of Fawad Khan playing Prince Charming alongside Sonam Kapoor in Battle for Bittora making waves, it appears that the heartthrob recently went to India to meet Sonam.

Meeting the Pakistani actor after a gap of three months, Sonam recently tweeted a selfie with Fawad:

She also posted a photo on her Instagram account:

The two are set to pair up for director Shashanka Ghosh’s film Battle for Bittora in which Fawad will be essaying the role of Zain Altaf Khan, who hails from an influential north Indian family and aspires to pursue a political career.

The film is an adaptation of Anuja Chauhan’s best selling novel, "Battle for Bittora" and Anil Kapoor’s company has purchased the filming rights for the book. It will be produced by Anil Kapoor’s daughter Rhea Kapoor.

No release date for the movie has yet been announced.

Fawad's role in television dramas Zindagi Gulzar Hai and Humsafar and in film Khoobsurat has left India yearning for more. The actor also bagged the Masala Award for Best Bollywood Debut.
