MULTAN: A young man and a woman died in two road accidents on Saturday.
According to Rescue 1122 sources, 20-year old Akhtar, a resident of 19-kassi village on Vehari Road, died after falling from a tractor-trolley.
He was going to Makhdoom Rashid on a tractor-trolley along with his relatives on Makhdoom Rasheed Road when the accident occurred. He got head and spine injuries and died on the way to hospital.
In the incident, 20-year-old Hina, a resident of Jail Mor, was hit by a loader van coming from opposite side at Bahawalpur bypass. She died on the spot. The body was shifted to Nishtar Hospital by the Rescue 1122 personnel.
