Nawaz Shareef keeps releasing terrorists and is only after Pervez Musharraf. His representatives minister Saad Rafique even does not have manners, he talks street language. Are these type of people our role model?

The truth is that five commandos were invited by late Bugti into his cave where he was hiding to negotiate the terms of surrender but once the officers entered the cave, he triggered an explosive device which brought down the entire cave, killing Bugti and the SSG officers. @Haroon: I think Musharraf is a role model. He has set an example for us retired officers by making mockery of our life long service to Pakistan. Way he ran away from Pakistan after initiating NRO, and how he hid at AFIC to pretend he was sickest person in whole world nullifies whole concept of what we are. Such coward did not deserve to be army chief, Nawaz Sharif should not have superseded him against more senior generals in his time.

@Rizwan Khan: But in your opinion people like Nawaz Sharif have the moral authority to try Musharraf. The reality is that no one likes to be tried and judged by criminals and thugs. How you feel as a retired Army officer has little to do with Musharraf - if you did your part while in service then you should be proud of that.

You don't become even a soldier just by lip service, we should be putting our action where our mouth is. He has done what no one is history of Pakistan has never done. He made us a nuclear power against all odds, our rupee was at 62-63 against US $, he made sure that only the educated ones should be allowed to run for the government offices, he made sure that the funds trickled down to the local government bodies so that it can be applied appropriately, hence the road infrastructure in Karachi, he was the one who collected billions from the loan defaulters, under his watch IMF for the first took Pakistan out of its watch list indicating Pakistan can manage. Need I go on. Yet he a traitor! go figure.
