US immigration and naturalization have recovered and handed over three stolen sculptures to the Indian Government after Homeland Security agents seized the works, which are valued at more than $1.5 million. Amongst the returned artifacts was a "Vishnu Lakshmi" sandstone sculpture, which was stolen from the Gadgach Temple in Atru, Rajasthan and was listed in Interpol's top 10 most wanted stolen works of art.
