KARACHI, Oct 31: Sindh governor, Muhammedmian Soomro, on Wednesday issued directive for ensuring early recovery of government dues against various people and organizations.

Addressing the district coordination officers (DCOs) and executive district officers (EDOs) from all over the province at the governor,s house, the governor pointed out that the people in rural and urban areas were faced with water, health and education problems, while the government was short of resources and some people were misusing the available resources.
