KARACHI, Aug 22: Alamgir Gymkhana will face Touchme Eleven in the final of the first Mehman-e-Ramazan T20 Cricket Tournament at the KCCA Stadium after emerging victorious at the KCCA Stadium here the other day.

In the first semi-final, Alamgir Gymkhana whipped Qasmi CC by eight wickets.

Qasmi CC, batting first, were bundled out for a measly total of 64 in 15.3 overs with only Rizwan Khan (15) and Talha Fahim (11) entering double figures.

Off-spinner Misbah Khan grabbed three wickets for just three runs, Akbar-ur-Rehman also claimed three wickets with his occasional mixture of off and leg spin, while slow left-armer Faraz Ahmed Khan two for nine.

Alamgir Gymkhana achieved the small target in 10 overs. Mohammad Waqas remained unbeaten on 33 and Akbar scored 22.

Meanwhile, Touchme Eleven overcame the challenge of Northern Gymkhana by 17 runs in the other last-four fixture.

Batting first, Touchme Eleven piled up 167-9 with Umar Imtiaz (56 with three sixes and three fours) and skipper Khalid Latif 55 (four sixes) being their chief run-getters.

Fawad Khan captured three wickets for 21 and Tariq Haroon 3-24.

Northern Gymkhana in their chase were dismissed for 151 on the final ball of the innings.
