Nato trailer torched

QUETTA, Dec 12: Armed men set on fire a trailer carrying supplies for Nato forces in Afghanistan near Kalat on Sunday.

Sources in the Levies Force said the trailer was going to Chaman when it was intercepted by armed men on motorcycles in Dasht-i-Bado area of Kalat, who opened fire on it.

They later set it afire.

According to an official of the forces, the trailer had been gutted by the time security personnel reached the scene.

A case has been registered against unidentified people. —Staff Correspondent
