Police officials later pacified the protesters by promising a solution to their problems.

STOLEN: Thieves took away main wire supplying electricity to Teerath village in the limits of Changa Manga police on Sunday night. Lesco was yet to restore power supply to village till the filing of this report on Monday evening.
