KARACHI: Three bodies recovered

KARACHI, Oct 3: The decomposed body of a 55-year-old man was found in the Gulshan-i-Maymar police limits on the first day of Eid.

Police said that the body, spotted near a seasonal drain, was shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for a post-mortem examination. The cause of death could not be established.

In a similar situation, the body of a 15-year-old boy was found in the same area a day earlier. However, both the bodies remained unidentified.

In Labour Colony, police recovered the body of a middle-aged man from an apartment on Friday morning.

Police said that Nisar, son of Sattar, was found dead inside his locked flat in mysterious circumstances. The body was shifted to the JPMC, police said, believing that the body was at least three days old.

Meanwhile, a young man Abrar, was shot at in the chest and legs by unidentified motorcycle riders in Quaidabad. He was shifted to the JPMC for medical treatment. Doctors said that the victim was in a stable condition.
