KARAK: Oil tanker seized

KARAK July 3: The Karak police seized a tanker carrying 40,000 litres of oil, which was allegedly being smuggled to Afghanistan and arrested the driver of the vehicle.

Police sources said that acting on a tip off, an oil tanker was stopped at Terri bypass, tehsil Banda Daud Shah Road and 40 thousand litres of oil was recovered from it. The driver Baghi Khan resident of Khyber Agency was also arrested.— Correspondent
