At least 44 people were killed and 154 were injured when two suicide bombers blew themselves up in the Liaquat Bazaar on March 2, 2004.

Judge Najibullah Khan of the ATC-1 Quetta also fined Daud Badani, Shaukat Ali, Habibullah, Haider Khan and Usman Saifullah Rs100,000 each.
