Lawyers to continue struggle
RAWALPINDI, May 14: President High Court Bar Association (HCBA) Rawalpindi Sardar Asmatullah said here on Tuesday that a new phase of lawyers’ movement would be started for the reinstatement of the deposed judges.
“Pervez Musharraf-led establishment wants to foil the 14- month long struggle of the lawyers for restoration of the deposed judges,” he said at a press conference. He claimed that all the political parties including the Pakistan Peoples Party were with the lawyers for restoring the November-2 judiciary.—Our Reporter
