LAHORE, April 28; Labour Party, Pakistan, will highlight the judges issue along with problems faced by workers in its May Day rallies in six cities.

The rally in the provincial metropolis will start from Simla Pahari and participants will march on Abbot Road to Lakshmi Chowk after being joined by Women Workers Helpline activists. The National Trade Union Federation and Pakistan Bhatta Mazdoor Union workers will also take part in the rally to be led by Yousaf Baloch and Azra Shad.

Labour Qaumi Movement leader Mian Qayyum will lead the May Day rally in Faisalabad.

The rally to be taken out from Aabpara Chowk, Islamabad, will be led by Labour Party secretary-general Nisar Shah while former secretary-general Farooq Tariq will lead the rally in Karachi.

Sarhad Labour Party secretary-general Farman Ali Khan will lead the rally in Mardan while Punjab Labour Party secretary-general Chaudhry Imtiaz Ahmed will lead a rally in Kasur.
