Man commits suicide, boy assaulted
TAXILA, April 8: A man committed suicide, apparently because of some domestic dispute, in Kolian village on Tuesday, the Wah Cantonment police said.
Nadeem, 22, had an argument with his parents after which he locked himself in a room and shot himself with a 30-bore pistol. He died on the spot. Police handed over the body to Nadeem’s parents after an autopsy at the Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) hospital, Taxila.
A man allegedly assaulted a 12-year-old boy in an abandoned house at gunpoint, the Hassanabdal police said on Tuesday.—Correspondent
