‘Militants’ held
SRINAGAR, March 28: Police in occupied Kashmir arrested three suspected militants over a bombing that killed one person and injured 23 others in the region’s main city, officials said on Friday.
The attack last week on a flyover shattered months of relative calm in the disputed region, which had seen a steady fall in violence since the start of a peace process in 2004 between Pakistan and India.—AFP
