ISLAMABAD, March 20: Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Islamabad, Malik Mohammad Afsar Khan has prohibited construction activity within the limits of sectors G-14/1, 2 and 3 and G-15/3.

According to a press release issued here on Thursday, the sub-divisional magistrate has prohibited construction of houses, and transportation, loading and unloading of construction material in the two sectors with immediate effect.

The order issued under section 144 says that it has come to the knowledge of the sub-divisional magistrate that some people were constructing katcha/pucca houses in the villages falling in sectors G-14/1, 2 and 3 and G-15/3 which have been acquired for the development of housing scheme of the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation.—PPI
