KARACHI, Mar 6: After receiving its renewed investment banking licence from the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) on February 29, InvestCap (Invest Capital & Securities Pvt. Ltd.) will now be recognised as Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited or InvestBank.

A new brand has been formed as a result of InvestCap’s acquisition of Asset Investment Bank and its subsequent merger into InvestBank through an order of the Lahore High Court on March 27. The licence was granted by SECP.
