Qazi Jennifer passes away

QUETTA, Jan 12: Ms Qazi Jennifer Jehanzeb Musa, a former member of the National Assembly and mother-in-law of Baloch nationalist leader Nawab Khair Bakhsh Marri, died in Pishin on Saturday. She was about 90. She was mother of Qazi Jahangir Ashraf, the UN Ambassador to Sudan. She had been ill for a long time.

Ms Jennifer will be buried in her native graveyard in Pishin on Sunday.

She was an Irish lady and had married Qazi Musa, the brother of Qazi Essa, a close aide of Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
