NEW DELHI, Nov 23: India’s inflation rate has dropped to 3.01 per cent on falling prices of food items such as pulses, fruits and vegetables, official figures showed on Friday.
The wholesale price index, the closest watched cost-of-living measure, showed that annual inflation fell to 3.01 per cent for the week ended November 10 from 3.11 per cent in the previous week.—AFP
