LARKANA, Nov 3: The Sindh National Front (SNF) chairman Mumtaz Ali Bhutto said on Saturday said that deals with military dictators can never bring democracy, which only a true movement of people can bring about.

He said that Shaheed Z.A. Bhutto had proved it by launching a nationwide movement against Ayoub Khan, which began in Oct 1969 in Dera Ismail Khan and within weeks fired up the entire nation till it brought the end of dictatorship.

When Benazir Bhutto felt that her deal had ran into snags she went to Dubai because there was no benefit in staying on in the country, he said.
