Three matches decided
KARACHI, Oct 31: Three matches were played on the opening day of the fourth Aga Khan University (AKU) All Karachi Inter-school Throwball Tournament for under-17 girls which is being held at the AKU Sports Centre Gymnasium.
The Convent of Jesus and Mary won back to back games against Bayview High School (15-4, 15-0) and Lahore Grammar School (15-2, 15-0) respectively. In the third match, Habib Girls School beat Frobels Education Centre (15-0, 15-0).
Twelve Teams representing reputable educational institutions across Karachi participated in the inaugural ceremony in their colourful sports uniforms.—Agencies
