MITHI, Sept 25: Radio Pakistan Mithi which airs programmes at FM 108 MHz stopped transmission at 4:33 early on Tuesday morning due to a fault in machine.

Sources at Radio Mithi said all of a sudden the machinery stopped functioning, discontinuing broadcast for which technicians had been summoned from Hyderabad.

Mithi Radio transmissions were not restored till the filing of this report at 6pm.

Mithi FM radio provides recreation facility to thousands of listeners in Tharparkar, Umerkot and Badin district.—Correspondent
