LAHORE, Aug 18: The Punjab Zakat Council (PZC) in a meeting on Saturday discussed workable proposals for the improvement of the zakat system. The meeting discussed ideas such as constructing a zakat complex with a central library and a record room and provision of practical training to members of district zakat committees. —APP
