KARACHI, July 3: Encroachments over nullahs in Landhi Town were pulled down in an operation on Tuesday.
Around 156 illegal structures were razed during the operation carried out under the supervision of Town Nazim Syed Asif Hussain and TMO Noman Arshad.
The nazim directed DTO (B&R) Prem Chand to take immediate steps for cleaning of drains following the anti-encroachment drive. He said no encroachment over drains would be tolerated in future.—PPI
