BZU expels six students for clash

MULTAN, May 3: The Bahauddin Zakariya University disciplinary committee on Thursday expelled six students and fined another three over a quarrel which took place a few days ago.

Reports said several students clashed over some issue at the university’s Umer Hall on April 25. The BZU disciplinary committee has expelled Muhammad Ismail Cheema, Muhammad Aslam Baloch, Faisal Shahzad, Faisal Ishfaq Sirani, Javed Iqbal Changwani and Muhammad Shahid Rabbani. They all belonged to the International Relations Department.

Muhammad Akhtar, Nauraiz Arshad and Muhammad Faraz Aleem (all of the same department) were fined Rs5,000 each and would be observed for six months.
