Speakers for women’s education

ISLAMABAD, April 25: Speakers at a workshop called for promoting education among women specially in rural areas to create awareness about the importance of the electoral process and development of the country.

The workshop “Strengthening of electoral process through awareness” was organized here on Wednesday by the Rahnuma Family Planning Association of Pakistan in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Election Commission of Pakistan.

Speakers also called for checking over the country’s population, which was a big hurdle in the progress and prosperity of the country. —APP
